About Us

The Reentry & Community Development Center, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving Rochester, NY. We are also known as the RCDC-17. Our primary role in the community is providing comprehensive support services to men and women recently released from jail or prison. We also provide support services to men and women who are struggling with substance use disorders (drug addictions).

It is our philosophy that it is in the community’s best interest to also engage with community development initiatives geared at enhancing the social systems our participant population are expected to interact with- via comprehensive support services and community development.

We are a grassroots agency with potential for drastic growth. We are looking for team members who share the vision and passion of our Executive Director, Mr. Miquel Powell, BSW.
