About Us

Our History

Boss Precision was established in 1988 by Paul Dugan, Gerd Herrmann and Alec Ollies. A privately owned metal fabrication facility in Spencerport, New York, we serve customers in a variety of industries including transportation, construction, communications, medical, and consumer equipment. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you on any custom fabrications or prototypes.

Quality Assurance

Our Quality Department works to ensure products are manufactured according to print specifications; along with verifying all finish requirements are met. We provide value by preventing quality issues from occurring right from the start with in-process quality checks on all production runs as well as full first article inspections when requested.

Shipping Department

Our Shipping and Receiving Department works to provide quality packing to ensure safe delivery of your products.

To provide customer satisfaction, we strive for 100% on-time delivery with proper material certifications, certificates of compliance and first article inspections.

We are proud to own our approximately 65-thousand-square-foot manufacturing facility in Spencerport, New York.
