Conifer Realty, LLC is a nationally ranked, full-service real estate company specializing in the development, construction, management and ownership of high-quality, affordable housing communities. Since its inception in 1975, Conifer has grown considerably – currently owning and managing nearly 15,000 multifamily units representing over 220 apartment communities in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. In addition, the Company consistently maintains a pipeline of over 30 unique projects in various stages of the development process.

With the addition of Conifer-LeChase Construction (CLC), a full-service construction company, Conifer’s one-stop-service approach is complete; offering development, construction, management, marketing, legal, finance, accounting, tax credit compliance and ownership services.

At the heart of Conifer is an experienced team of more than 650 highly skilled professionals offering in-house development, construction, management, marketing, legal, finance, accounting, tax credit compliance and ownership services. The teams demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit has secured our leadership role in the affordable housing industry. Today, Conifer is the 19^th largest owner and the 13^th largest developer of affordable housing in the nation according to Affordable Housing Finance Magazine.
