The Office Admin/Account Receivable Specialist will work in the Integrated Logistics Department by receiving invoices from clients, verifying authenticity and processing for payment. In addition, this position will deal with incoming customer calls and be able to call customers on past due invoices.

The Office Admin/Account Receivable Specialist plays a role in the ongoing Finance functions of the Company.  Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.  The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:

  • Work with clients to verify invoices received and process for timely payment
  • Monitoring aged receivables and following up with customers once receivables are over 30 days past due
  • Researches short pay and over pay issues, and makes necessary adjustments when needed
  • Provide excellent customer support to clients
