DESCRIPTION The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing First American’s cloud-based technologies, with a primary focus on the application.

  • Implement, maintain and enhance platform and related SaaS applications
  • Evaluate and scope the impact of new requirements on and all upstream/downstream applications
  • Assess and recommend new applications and technologies for the business
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve problems within the environment
  • Adhere to and strengthen Change Management/Change Control processes, maintaining the security and integrity of our environment
  • Organize and perform unit testing, system testing, and regression testing, where applicable
  • Train users on new and existing features within and other SaaS applications
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Lightning experience preferred
  • certification(s) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
