Job Description

Sutherland is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join us as Customer Service ‘White Glove’ Consultant handling email, chat and voice inbound communications.

Consultants in this role get to:

Be the point of contact: Develop outstanding customer service skills. Sit in on multiple simultaneous live email and chat sessions to provide exceptional customer service. Answer inbound Calls. Provide basic troubleshooting on a variety of products, services and account information.  Analyze and resolve customer concerns.

  • Identify customer and verify account information
  • Assist consumers with a high level of customer service in a variety of areas, as these may pertain to the scope of services provided pursuant to this SOW, including:
  • Consistently delivers a high quality “white glove” customer service experience
  • Show profession concern and empathy as she/he works quickly to resolve customer issues
  • Complete on-going training
  • General customer service (Client product information)
  • Adherence to all scripts, regulatory guidelines and procedures  

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, in all situations
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to adapt well to change
  • Type 30 WPM
  • Experience working on Salesforce operating systems is a plus
  • Minimum 1-year applicable (customer service or similar operations) experience preferred
  • Ability to work shift within Monday – Saturday 9:00AM -6:00PM schedule
  • Self-starter with lots of energy, professional attitude and ability to work through retention efforts to save subscription orders and to look for upsell opportunities
