We are seeking energetic, personable and creative individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support the sales/support efforts of this high-profile client. There is no cold calling involved; all appointments have been preset by the small business we are calling. In turn, you will use your proven listening and analytical abilities to build trust and rapport with the business owner over the phone in order to provide the right answers to their questions and the right solutions for their needs.

The Role

In this position, you will work with small businesses by helping them optimize the performance and results of their Social Media advertising campaign. Additionally, you will analyze and interpret related data; and then make recommendations to help meet their goals and grow their business.

This position is a good match for someone who has had success in a B2B or B2C sales environment. Although not a prerequisite, a working knowledge of digital advertising would be beneficial. All training is provided, with focal points being on sales techniques and processes, how to interpret data such as behavioral and geographical targeting, and how to work in a collaborative team manner with small business owners.

Qualifications:

Ideal qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting customers with a solutions mindset and compassionate, helpful nature via phone, email, and chat (B2B experience is a distinct advantage)
  • Experience monitoring, tracking, and assessing success of marketing strategies and making recommendations for optimization is a bonus.
