Project Managers are described as highly empowered, communicative, client-facing single point of contacts, handling all facets of lease and finance transactions internally and externally. Some accountabilities include preparing documents, organization, data management, on-line research, credit analysis, economic analysis, contract audits and management of outside parties including equipment suppliers and service providers. Prior professional experience preferred, but not required. First American will provide formal, in-house training. The right candidate for the position will have a strong work ethic, discipline, enthusiasm, and a commitment to learn.

The operations department is a driving force in the support and continued growth of First American with a constant focus on customer service and putting the client first. The coordination and management of lease transactions is a key component to provide financing solutions for high technology and capital equipment leased by Fortune 5000 companies, private universities, healthcare institutions, and law firms located throughout the United States.
