Heritage Christian Services is seeking candidates for a newly created Help Desk position. This member of our IT team will provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and application issues.
- Provide Level I Help Desk support.
- Resolve desktop, internet, and web-based application issues.
- Complete minor computer repairs.
- Image computers with Agency approved software.
- Work with hardware vendors to resolve issues.
- Set up mobile devices (Laptops, Chromebooks, Tablets, Smartphones)
- Provide support to end users with printer issues.
- Utilize helpdesk ticketing system.
- Provide remote support with provided tools or on-site as needed.
- Follow up with end-user to ensure resolution of concerns.
- Experience providing Windows Desktop Support
- Experience in remote support tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Active Directory
- Reliable and Organized
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license that meets Heritage Christian motor vehicle standards
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
