Provides administrative support to the HR Department including but not limited to: data entry, generates reports, maintains all record keeping systems including assuring accurate maintenance of the human resources files. Completes reports from payroll system as necessary. Coordinates all requests for personnel files including but not limited to internal and external audits. Inputs all new hires and status changes forms into the Payroll System. Responsible for assuring HR files are scanned and stored as necessary and order files as necessary.
Any combination of education and experience in human resources. Required experience: Must have excellent computer skills, exceptional knowledge of various computer programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Must be able to easily and independently learn to input information into various data bases associated human resources; read, analyze, and interpret policies, procedures and regulations; effectively communicate human resource policies and procedure to employees. Must be able to write reports and business correspondence internally and externally; effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals receiving services, their families, employee’s and other service providers as well as the general public in person, in writing and by phone. Must have experience working with ADP payroll system or similar payroll system required; be able to independently run reports and queries from ADP.
