Responsibilities:

Performs responsibilities and functions to support the Quality Assurance Department, including providing secretarial support services to the Coordinator and Director of Quality Assurance. Enters data into internal and external QA databases including IRMA and Access per regulatory and agency requirements including but not limited to OPWDD 147s and Unusual Events. Assures confidentiality of all communications, oral and written, including but not limited to, information regarding support recipients, personnel matters, and investigations. Processes incident files per regulatory requirements. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Any combination of education and experience, which demonstrates the abilities and knowledge for successful performance, will be considered. Associate Degree in related field and one year experience, OR High School graduate with two years of experience as a secretary. Good verbal, written and keyboarding skills. Must be proficient in a variety of computer applications

Salary:

Commensurate based on experience.
